Tourist forum “Rostov-on-don - the heart of the Don region”

The forum was held to develop and strengthen interregional and international communications, create a competitive regional tourism product and a positive image of the city, improve the quality of tourist services and exchange experience.

The event was held in the format of plenary sessions with representatives of regional authorities and leaders of the tourism industry and thematic sessions on the development of the event, environmental, business and Ethno tourism.

The forum attracted a wide range of tourism and hospitality businesses, representatives of the administration, media, museums, and universities. At the plenary session with the consuls of Armenia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Abkhazia, the participants discussed the attractiveness of Rostov-on-don for the visit of foreign guests and the possibility of increasing the indicators of foreign tourist flow.
